The Canadian Palliative Care Nursing Association is organized and managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  The Executive of the Board consists of the President, President Elect, Executive Advisor and Secretary/Treasurer.  Details of the Inaugural Board for CPCNA are below.

Roles on the Board have been established and developed in incorporation of the organization. Terms and role descriptions are outlined in the CPCNA By-Laws.

Members of the Board are drawn from the General Full Membership who have been nominated into these roles. Nominations and voting for these positions is held at the Annual General Meeting as opportunities arise.
