experiencing loss and grief. Canadian Virtual Hospice has developed free, evidence-informed, online resources in

collaboration with scholars, palliative care specialists, grief experts, people working in healthcare across various

care settings, and with individuals with lived experience. These resources provide practical tools for those

working in healthcare to respond constructively to loss and grief and to enhance their capacity to provide

support to individuals and families.
