Inter-professional Teamwork…an experiential skill

This presentation will highlight the essential elements required to successful teamwork. These principles will be demonstrated using daily life experiences as well as via clinical scenario. Considering that  teamwork is very dynamic, the different components of “successful changes” will be defined. It will also cover how “change’ can become a barrier to teamwork. At the end of the presentation, the participants will better understand why investing in teamwork makes all the difference.
