Moral Distress is something which is affecting nurses across all sectors and across the globe. Join us to explore some of the work of Dr. Cynda Hylton Rushton in this area. She explains that if we can explore our values, and who we are, what we stand for, then we can act and live with true integrity. Cynda also likes to use the term ‘self-stewardship’ as opposed to ‘self-care’, since part of knowing ourselves helps us to know what nourishes us and what depletes us, allowing us to be good stewards and treat ourselves with compassion once we know our limits.
