"Providing Psilocybin Mushroom Group Therapy& Support in a Community of Practice  for Patients at End of Life. The health care and patient experience."

Dr. Kryskow will present the "My Community Thrives" program that delivers the Psilocybin mushroom  (Version: June 2021) group therapy. She will cover the team (MDs, RNs, therapists, somatic therapists), how it was developed, and the skills of the team. She will also share the patient guidance in the development, the therapy delivered and the outcomes.  The process of applying for and receiving the section 56 exemptions will also be discussed.
