CPCNA January 2022 Webinar- Grieving During Difficult Times

This session will provide an opportunity for participants from the Canadian Palliative Care Nursing Association to acknowledge and reflect on the trials and triumphs of their important work with patients and families over the course of difficult times. The presentation will contextualize the changing regional, provincial/ territorial and national landscapes as we support families through the processing of anticipatory, during and post- dying grief. The session will be facilitated to apply a critical lens to how our grief literacy, assumptions and focus for the upcoming year(s) can evolve into a careful stewardship of this process. The presentation will offer a deeper glimpse into the intersectionality of personal, professional and patient/ family centered perspectives.
